Media Information

Media Entrance
Media will enter through the North West Press Entrance for each event, unless escorted by a show or venue representative. Upon entering all media must be prepared to walk through metal detectors and open all bags for search prior to entering the venue.

Third Party Events
(Concerts, Family Shows, Non-Team Sporting Events)
Reviewer's Tickets & Photo Passes
For concerts, rodeo, family shows and all other events media credentials must be obtained from the show. Media may fax or e–mail their request to 214–665–4750 or Marketing@americanairlinescenter.com, at least 10 business days before the event. Media requests must include photography or reviewer request, name, title, publication, circulation, address, phone number and email address.
An American Airlines Center representative will contact each person requesting a photo pass or tickets to inform them on the status of the request. If approved, reviewer tickets will be left at the North Box Office for pick-up on at least 4 hours before the event. Photo passes will be given out at the Northwest Press entrance upon arrival. Photographers must use proper equipment to shoot each event and sign waivers. American Airlines Center Marketing Deparment reserves the right to refuse media credentials for any reason.
Parking
Free Parking is not provided for media for all third party events. Upon obtaining media credentials for each event, inquire with the media contact if parking is available.
 Sporting Events
Dallas Stars Media Information
All media must visibly wear credentials at all times during the Dallas Stars Events at American Airlines Center.
Media interested in obtaining credentials should contact the Dallas Stars Communications Department a minimum of 24 hours in advance or by noon on Friday for weekend games. Media requests can faxed to 214–387–5564 or call the Communications Department at 214–387–5558. For Dallas Stars broadcast information, click here.
If you want to hear the game on the radio while you're at the game turn your dial to 97.5 FM.
 Dallas Mavericks Media Information
All media must visibly wear credentials at all times during the DallasMavericks Events at American Airlines Center.
Media interested in obtaining credentials should contact the Dallas Mavericks Communications Department a minimum of 24 hours in advance of each game. Media requests can faxed to 214–665–4661 or call the Communications Department at 214–665–4633. For Dallas Mavericks broadcast information, click here.

Dallas Desperados Media Information
 All media must visibly wear credentials at all times during the Dallas Desperados Events at American Airlines Center.
Media interested in obtaining credentials should contact the Dallas Desperados Communications Department a minimum of 48 hours in advance of each game. Media requests can be e–mailed to Credentials@dallascowboys.net or faxed to 972–556–9918.

Parking
A media parking pass is valid for admission to Lot F only. Names of media representatives with single–game credentials will also be on a list with the attendant in Lot F.
