American Airlines Center Box Office is a walk-up facility only and is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and during events. The box office is located on the Northeast corner of American Airlines Center on North Houston and All-Star Way and is directly across from the Platinum Parking Garage.

Visitors to the Box Office may park in parking lot F for 15-minutes, up to three hours prior to the start of each event. Lot F is located on the north side of American Airlines Center, on All-Star Way.  Less than three hours prior to each event, Box Office parking is available on N Houston St, just north of All Star Way.
