American Airlines Center Box Office is a walk-up facility only and is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and during events. The box office is located on the Northeast corner of American Airlines Center on North Houston and All-Star Way and is directly across from the Platinum Parking Garage.

Visitors to the Box Office may park in the Platinum Parking Garage for 15-minutes, up to three hours prior to the start of each event. Platinum Parking is located directly across for the box office on North Houston.
