Step right up, step right up! "The Circus" is coming to American Airlines Center on March 31st and stars Britney Spears. Spears announced on Good Morning America under the Big Top in New York her national tour to support her highly anticipated album "The Circus." The first single off her new album, "Womanizer, quickly rose to the top spot on the Billboard charts. Spears hasn't toured since 2004.
