Box Office

American Airlines Center Box Office is a walk-up facility only. The box office is located on the northeast corner of American Airlines Center on North Houston and All-Star Way and is directly across from the Platinum Parking Garage. More Information.

Tickets to special events at the American Airlines Center are available online at Ticketmaster.com, by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000, or by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet (Fiesta Foods, Macy's, Wal-Mart, and The Shops at Willowbend).

Pre-paid parking passes may be purchased at the North Box Office and at any Ticketmaster location. Pre-paid parking passes for concerts and family shows can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com.

Will Call

Tickets for events at the American Airlines Center may be picked up at Will Call with a valid photo I.D. at the North Box Office. There is no charge to pick up tickets, but there is a $5.00 per envelope fee for tickets left at Will Call. (Please note that this fee is not applicable for tickets to Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, Suite Holders and Platinum Members.)

Ticketmaster Kiosk

Check out the new kiosk by the American Airlines Center Box Office and avoid lines at the box office! You can pick up your Ticketmaster will call and buy tickets for American Airlines Center events at the new kiosks located beside the American Airlines Center on the northeast corner. Picking up your will call at the new kiosk is easy! Just tap the will call button on the main screen and swipe the credit card used for the purchase. The tickets will print automatically when your credit card is verified.

Paperless Ticket Deliver System

Paperless ticketing is an alternative delivery method to Ticketfast, Mail, UPS, Will Call or In Store Pick Up. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport). More Information.
