The "American Airlines Center Experience" tour gives you the opportunity to go behind the scenes and get an insider's view of the inner workings of this fast paced industry.
The tour offers an educational and interactive experience. We will begin in the bowl where little known facts are revealed such as building logistics and event conversion. Then it's off to the event level, where the magic begins. You will visit the press box, a luxury suite, party rooms, as well as other facilities in the building.
Upon request, speakers of interest may be booked based on schedule availability.

Tours are scheduled by appointment only Monday through Friday, non event days, at 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. based on availability. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 214-665-4213 to book your appointment today! We accept reservations up to three months in advance with a minimum of one (1) week notice.
Free parking is available in the Audi Park Garage located at 2620 N Houston St, via the N Houston St entrance.
For groups of 100 people or more, special group rate is applicable.
Individual tours may be paid in advance or upon arrival (15 minutes prior to tour departure). All group tours must be paid at least one (1) week in advance. We accept cash, pre-printed company checks only, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Free parking is located on Lot F, directly across from the north entrance of the arena on All-Star Way.
Catered lunches are available. Orders must be made 72 hours in advance with a minimum of 20 orders. We are can also help plan your tour in conjunction with a birthday party or special event.
