PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING - IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

Thank you for ordering tickets through the group marketing department. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on the order form. (Please add us to your address book GroupSales@AmericanAirlinesCenter.com  so the confirmation will not go to your spam folder.)

Your tickets will be mailed to you after your order has been processed. Although our goal is to get your tickets in the mail within two business days, please allow 3-5 business days before contacting our office. Group sales end 7 days prior to the event.

Your order will be filled with the “best available” tickets for the time/date/price you have selected. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to provide you with exact seating information prior to purchase. This is not an automated system and your seats will be hand-selected by sales staff familiar with the best seating available for each show. Group sales are only available Monday through Friday from 9-5. Group sales end 7 days before the show.

At the American Airlines Center, children under two years old do not need a ticket and can sit on your lap. At Nokia, children under one year old do not need a ticket.

If a show is sold out or if we are unable to fill your request for any reason, we will contact you either by email or phone.

Group shows such as Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus, Stars on Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice, Texas Stampede, PBR, Sesame Street Live and other discounted, non-concert events, the service charge is $1 for your entire order if your company is part of our MVP Program. Be sure to put your company name on the order form so you can take advantage of this price. For all other orders, the service charge is $5 per order.

There is no discount available for concerts through group sales and there is an $8 service charge per ticket. Select concerts are available through Group Marketing and are available after the public on-sale.  Concerts that are currently on sale through group marketing will be available on the drop down menu of the order form.
