If the guest no longer has their card, they cannot receive a refund.
  • Purchases are handled exactly like any debit card. To make a payment, cards are swiped and processed on the “debit/credit” path.
  • The card cannot be reloaded.
  • Guests can get a card for any dollar amount they want, up to $500. There is NO FEE to get the card, plus the card has NO FEES to use it.
  • Card can be used anywhere in the US that accepts Visa.

For customer service issues and balance check:

Note: Beginning after 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity on your card, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month of non-use.
