The Premium Services Department is dedicated to satisfying the needs of American Airlines Center Luxury Suite and Platinum Premier Seat holders. If you are a Platinum Premier member, use this section to access your Account Manager Homepage, to refer to benefits information, Premium event calendars, and directions to parking lots. Platinum Premier Parking

The Lexus Garage is located at 2620 N Houston St, with entrances on N Houston St and Akard St. Parking is available in The Lexus Garage with a parking pass. If space is available, guests may pay cash to park in The Lexus Garage.

Platinum Premier Entrance

Our exclusive Platinum Premier entrance is located on the Northeast side of the building, just a short walk down from The Lexus Garage. Only guests with suite tickets or platinum level seating are allowed access into this entrance.

Mobile Ticketing Frequently Asked Questions

Why has American Airlines Center moved to mobile ticketing?

  • Mobile ticketing is the safest, most flexible way to receive and manage tickets.
  • Mobile ticketing provide quick and easy entry to American Airlines Center using your smartphone.
  • Mobile ticketing provides instant access to your season tickets through the online Ticketmaster account manager and allows you to manage or transfer your tickets at any time.
  • Mobile ticketing reduces the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.

How do I access my tickets or parking on my mobile device?

You can login to your AccountManager by using the email address associated with your American Airlines Center Account Manager account and the password you chose when the account was created. If you do not know your password, you can select “forgot password” to reset your password.  We recommend creating a bookmark or icon for your Account Manager log in page for easy access.

If you have any additional question, you can contact Platinum Services at [email protected] or (214) 665-4289. On event days, you can go to the Suite Will Call window located at the box office up to two hours prior to the start of the event for assistance.

  • Go to Americanairlinescenter.com/mytickets (This has to be done on your phone because Mavs, Stars and concert tickets/Lexus garage parking passes are now mobile entry only as the American Airlines Center no longer offers print at home/PDF tickets.)
  • Click “Sign In” located on the top right of the page.
  • Enter your American Airlines Center Account Manager email and password
  • Events you have tickets for will be listed under “Tickets”. Tickets and Parking are listed separately. Click on the event image to continue (The page lists the next four events that you have tickets or parking for. Click “View All” if you need to see more events)
  • Click “View Barcode” and a square QR code will load up. This is your ticket or Lexus Garage parking pass.

When you get to American Airlines Center, simply present your digital ticket via your smartphone to the attendant at the door to have your ticket(s) scanned. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, simply swipe left or right to navigate between them.
If your ticket is required to gain access to a lounge or club area simply present your mobile ticket to the concierge at the entrance of the lounge.  They will scan your ticket and provide you with a wristband designated for that area.

How does this affect my American Airlines Center parking pass?

Platinum Premier members will still receive printed hardcopy parking passes for all events included in their package. The printed pass, when displayed on your rear view mirror, helps traffic officers properly direct you accordingly.
The transferability of a parking pass will be handled the same as an event ticket and you can enter a designated parking lot by displaying the proper digital parking pass.

How do I transfer a Mobile ticket or parking on my mobile device?

You can login to your AccountManager by using the email address associated with your American Airlines Center Account Manager account and the password you chose when the account was created. If you do not know your password, you can select “forgot password” to reset your password. 

  • Go to Americanairlinescenter.com/mytickets
  • Click “Sign In” located on the top right of the page.
  • Enter your American Airlines Center Account Manager email and password
  • Events you have tickets for will be listed under “Tickets”. Tickets and Parking are listed separately. Click on the event image to continue (The page lists the next four events that you have tickets or parking for. Click “View All” if you need to see more events)
  • Select “Send” and select the tickets you want to transfer. Click “Send” again
  • Enter the first, last name and email of the recipient. Click “Send” once more to complete the transfer.

How does someone accept a ticket or parking I have transferred to them?

Once you have transferred a ticket or parking pass you will receive an email confirmation. The person you transferred the ticket to will also receive an email with a link to accept their ticket. 
They will be asked to log into their American Airlines Center Account Manager account or create one using the email address the tickets were sent to.
Once logged in they will select “Claim Tickets” to complete transfer.

 

Can I use a screenshot of my tickets or parking to enter American Airlines Center?

Screenshots of tickets are not accepted for entry. Mobile ticket(s) must be presented within the Ticketmaster AccountManager or within your phone’s Apple Wallet, Passbook or for Android an equivalent app such as Google Wallet.

What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account?

We encourage you to download your tickets to your supported device before heading to a game. If you use an iPhone, you can store your game ticket(s) in your Apple Wallet, Passbook or for Android an equivalent app such as Google Wallet for easy access.

What happens if my phone dies, is lost or stolen, or I forget my phone?

On game day, if your tickets are not accessible via a smartphone, bring the confirmation number to the Suite Will Call window at the Box Office located at the northeast corner of American Airlines Center for assistance.

Can I transfer a ticket or parking to someone that does not have a smartphone?

Yes, if the emailed recipient of your transfer does not have a smartphone, they can bring the confirmation number to the Suite Will Call window located at the North Box Office two hours prior to the start of the event and have the ticket reprinted.   The Suite Will Call is the the far right window at the box office.
